A large part of our work is the important job of sealing the external areas of old and new structures.
All window and door frames, expansion joints, lead work joints and soffits have to be neatly and correctly sealed using the appropriate sealants to prevent water ingress/damage as well as helping the air tightness of the building.
There are a vast range of materials for all aspects of external sealing including paintable sealants, oil based sealants and non-staining sealants to prevent the oils leeching into delicate finishes such as natural stone.
